On My Mind....

Chanel's fantastic nail polish for fall. I just bought a dark greyish polish for fall but it doesnt quite compare to these three....

The Coolest

I love this website and check it regularly (it's how I found out about new favourite online store, Asos, see below post). I think these girls are the coolest. I love the burnt orange/black thing going on for fall. Such a beautiful colour. So glad I'm heading to Stockholm this winter!

An Alternative

I don't know if you all remember (probably not because this was a long time ago and really, who is listening to me anyways?) but, I really wanted a pair of oxfords. With the sudden boom in popularity of this shoe, and my inability to find the perfect pair soon enough... I abandoned my hunt for them and moved on.
I found these lovely Cole Haan tassle loafers at the Cole Haan outlet in Virginia and purchased them for a cool 50% off. I have been deeply in love ever since. I just think they are so cool because instead of the shoe making me look masculine, I somehow make the shoe look feminine.
Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say? Probably not.

I see you, garcon.

I just love this t-shirt so very much that I had to post this outfit. I mean, look at it. It's so strange and funny looking. Those eyes are staring right at you!
Wearing t-shirt from Comme des Garcon (EBAY!!!), Urban Outfitters skirt and mary janes, Zara blazer.

Christophe

I did say that I especially loved Dries van Noten for Fall 2010 this year. It is probably one of the most down-to-earth wearable collections of the bunch. However...the most beautiful, outrageously luxe, embroidered, over-the-top, superfluously embellished, super sexy collection was the fantastic set by Balmain's Christophe Decarnin. He is a genius. He is the reason everyone woman wants to be a Balmain woman.
Also notice the pale, clean, flawless skin and fuss free hair. The clothes speak for themselves here.

Waiting For Fall...

Around this time of year, every year, without fail, I become giddy with excitement over the coming of my favourite season. Autumn is approaching. Dark, mysterious colours. Pale skin. Thick knit. Army green. Boots. Dark red lips. I feel warm and cozy just thinking about it.
I fell in love with the Dries Van Noten f/w 2010 collection this year. It is so wearable, composed, casual and unkempt but still highly polished. Take a look... (I especially love look 2 and 5)
