Happy Halloween!

Halloween is always so fun. It's really amazing what you can do with a little creativity, old clothes and makeup.
My housemate and I embraced the cultural phenomenon of "Jersey Shore" and were Snooki and Jwow together. (Bronzer HEAVILY used).
My other three housemates were scary vampires. I did the make up of Blythe (left) and Amanda (middle). With a little grey and black eyeshadow I created exaggerated eyes and contoured, sunken in cheeks. Using baby powder created pale and flawless skin and finished it off with dark red lipstick.
Connor was a cute nerd.
A closer look at the makeup and hair I did for Amanda.
I finished off my Snooki look with fake nails...It's all in the details!
Hope you all have a scary Halloween!

Darling: the most charming and endearing name you can call someone; but don't just use it on anyone...

So in between a weekend of rummy games, whiskey and wine, my darling took a these...
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Sweat It Out Pt. II

Just another way to wear skinny sweats....I like the contrast between the casual sweatpant-biker boots combo and the tailored blazer.

Sweat It Out

Anyone who knows me will say that they've probably never seen me wear sweatpants in public. It just doesn't happen. These are an exception.

Christopher Hobin

So this post has nothing to do with fashion but I absolutely couldn't resist blogging this and getting some serious feedback from everyone.
Christopher Hobin is an Ottawa native photographer who recreates social and political media headlines with children. I can see these photos being shockingly controversial but they are unbelievably beautiful, violent and provocative....this seems to be a culmination of the extreme facets of social media, so what's next?
Please take special note of the title of each photo and especially all the little details in each.
