| Just for fun a tried a double french braid twist the other night and it turned out perfectly messy and unkempt. I parted my hair down the centre into two chunks and proceeded to french braid both sides down to the very ends. I then tied the two ends together into one and messily knotted them together at the nape of my neck, securing with bobby pins. |

| Finished product. I always always leave my hair down so it's lovely to try something different. |

| If you're feeling even more adventurous, try a side swept fish tail braid. The messier the better. If you have a lot of layers in your hair, this may be difficult but I like the imperfect look! |
